Gas Tanks

We can restore your gas tank and body panels to new condition!

We thoroughly clean your tank of all old fuel and residue, then a agitated chemical wash is done to create a bondable interior surface for sealing. We than seal the tank with high quality epoxy using specially designed equipment to insure complete and uniform coating that will be leak proof. The exterior finish is then stripped, any surface damage is repaired and primed with epoxy primer. We then spray the correct color, apply the correct graphics, striping and badges and spray with at least six coats of urethane clear. The final step is color sanding and polishing to a high gloss.

We can restore the original factory appearance or do a custom variation. A gas tank and two side cover paint job is $280-450 plus materials and parts.
